We have our own Training Rooms in Ipswich Road in Colchester, but we will happily travel to you Company Premises to Conduct On Site First Aid Training. All of our courses are conducted in a fun and relaxed atmosphere.

| This Annual Refresher Training Course is now Recommended by the HSE to prevent "Skills Fade on Training that has previously been undertaken. This Course is a Three Hour Training Session and will deal with Primary Care Skills only. These Skills Include: |

| This Course is Primary For people that have completed the One Day Emergency First Aid or the First Aid at Work Courses, but anyone wishing to gain updated First Aid Skills in more than welcome to join in. |

All of our courses are Open Courses, and we regularly teach First Aid to the General Public. As we have our own Training Facilities and we can set dates that are suitable to yourselves if you have a group that would require dedicated training. We are more than happy travel to your place of work to conduct On Site Training, and complete all Training there.
