CPR (Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation) buys time, and keeps the brain, and vital organs alive by supplying a small amount of oxygen. This course is a 3 hour course which covers the basic skill of adminstering CPR. You will learn the ABC's of Primary Care and the very latest CPR techniques.

This course is ideal for anyone wanting to update their CPR skills, or anyone interested in learning how to administer CPR to anyone who has suffered Cardiac Arrest.

The Course is not designed for First Aid in the workplace.
