First Aid for Families in Essex.

First Aid Training for Families in Essex and surrounding areas in Suffolk and Norfolk. Our First Aid Training Courses are practical based and we conduct our First Aid Training Courses in Braintree, Chelmsford, Clacton, Colchester, Maldon, Tiptree, Tendring, Ipswich, and surrounding areas in Essex and Suffolk.

This course is ideal for families who want to learn first aid together. It provides your family with the skills to help each other in an emergency and it helps you to deal with general accidents that can happen around the house.

The course covers how to deal with a casualty of any age and with any potential risk situation.

CPR
Treatment of asthma, head injuries, chest pains and shock.
Treatment of severe bleeding and severe burns.
How to recognise meningitis, poisons, seizures and stroke and the action to take.
How to deal with Bone, Muscle and Joint injuries.
Course duration - 2 - 3 Hours.

You will be assessed throughout the course and receive a First Aid Certificate.

We can also offer you online training for this course. You can either complete the "First Aid Plus" Course, or the "Child Care First Aid Training" Course. Please click either of the pictures below to start uour online training with us.
	The First Aid Course is a Comprehensive First Aid course including Adult, Child and Infant resuscitation for those who do not require the HSE First Aid At Work course. This course is great for families or anyone who needs first aid training.
	This is a Paediatric Training Course and is aimed at anyone who requires a one day course in Basic First Aid for Adults, Children and Infants. Once completed the certificate is valid for 3 years.
