One Day Appointed Person Training Course in Colchester Essex. Our First Aid Training Courses are practical based and we conduct our First Aid Training Courses in Braintree, Chelmsford, Clacton, Colchester, Maldon, Tiptree, Tendring, Ipswich, and surrounding areas in Essex and Suffolk.

This Emergency First Aid course is a 6 hour course and is designed to train individuals and company staff that require appointed person training in basic first aid skills. It covers conditions that could effect an employee following an accident or illness, or even a collapse in the workplace. This course will provide first aid skills necessary to manage a patient that is not breathing normally, is unconscious or is bleeding prior to the arrival of the emergency services. As with all our First Aid Training Courses here at Essex First Aid Training in Colchester the students take part in roll play. Getting involved with "hands on" role play students remember the course structure better, as opposed to just listening to an instructor.

The Emergency First Aid course is designed to meet the recommendations of the HSE Health and Safety at Work (1981) Regulations for Appointed Persons in the Workplace.
