	This is a Paediatric Training Course and is aimed at anyone who requires a one day course in Basic First Aid for Adults, Children and Infants. Once completed the certificate is valid for 3 years.

	The First Aid at Work refresher course is for anyone who wishes to fulfil the strong recommendations by the HSE (first aid regulations 1981) that all first aiders in a business should annually refresh their first aid skills. This regulation is valid for every sector in and out of the workplace. This course is ideal for many other sectors including Basic Life Support to people who just want to know a little more about first aid.
	This course is aimed at anyone who requires a course in CPR only or Basic Life Support. This is ideal for nurses or medical professionals needing annual updates to complete professional membership. The course is valid for one year and can be done 100% online or classroom based. We offer this course online here, or for group booking we can either travel for onsite training or at our training rooms in Colchester.
	This course is aimed at anyone who requires a course in manual handling. Ideal for all workplace requirements. The course is designed to meet the requirements and recommendations of the HSE Manual Handling Regulations 1992. 	The First Aid Course is a Comprehensive First Aid course including Adult, Child and Infant resuscitation for those who do not require the HSE First Aid At Work course. This course is great for families or anyone who needs first aid training.
