We specialise in First Aid Training and run regular courses at our training centre in Colchester. We Teach CPR, EFR, AED (Automated External Defibrillator), Child Care, Paediatric First Aid, One Day, Two Day Refresher Courses, and Four Day First Aid at Work Courses in Colchester Essex and on Site. Our First Aid Training Courses are based around Braintree, Chelmsford, Clacton, Colchester, Maldon, Tiptree, Tendring, Ipswich, and surrounding areas in Essex and Suffolk. We also teach Diver First Aid, including DAN Courses and Oxygen Provider Courses.

Our First Aid Courses have many approvals including the GB and NI Health and Safety Executives for First Aid in the Workplace.

There is also some theory with video's to watch, and we also like to think that our practical training is as near to ‘real life’ as possible. With all the practical training the course tends to be more easily absorbed, as opposed to students just listening to an instructor talking.

We provide a no pressure environment, this helps aid retention of course details and we will also help students to gain full knowledge of the course at a pace that suits them.
