The HSE (Health and Safety Executive) are now Strongly Recommending Annual First Aid Refresher Training. This Course is to prevent "Skills Fade" due to the time lapse in past First Aid Training. We are able to offer this Three Hour Skills Update Course either in House at our Training Centre in Colchester, or on site Training for groups throughout Essex, Suffolk, London, Norfolk.
